Formed”: A simple path for spiritual formation.

Many of the most awe-inspiring views on earth, including the arches at Red River Gorge, were formed slowly over many many years. In the same way, our lives are being shaped and formed over time. Have you stopped to wonder, what is forming you and what will your life look like when it is complete?

In a world of instant gratification, slow processes are often exchanged for ‘quick-fixes’. But, what if it is the simple, slow, steady patterns of our lives that actually shape us the most? This year’s theme, “Formed”, will focus on spiritual formation: the purposeful path we can take to become more like Christ. Even if you are not a Christ follower, the principles of spiritual formation are worth knowing and practicing and will result in a more grounded, purposeful, and fulfilling life.
